3 Easy steps, takes less than 10 min. You can boot Hirens boot cd from a USB stick instead of cd. Works with usb sticks, flash cards, sd cards, and any usb based bootable slot.

Step 1- USB Format
*Run the program and select your usb drive
*Fat32 filesystem
*Format
Step 2- Grub
*Open grubinst_gui.exe
*Click Disk and select your usb drive
*For 'Part List' press refresh, then choose 'Whole disk MBR'
*click install
Step 3- Copy Files
*Copy the files in the step 3 folder to your USB drive
